The 2019 Heavy Duty Trucking Exchange was a hosted buyer event that brought fleet decision-makers and suppliers together in Phoenix for two days of networking, one-on-one meetings, education and a little fun. North American Council for Freight Efficiency Industry Engagement Director Dave Schaller spoke about the benefits of using the hours of service rules to help increase a fleet’s revenue, improve their driver recruitment programs, and ensure that once drivers are through the door and in the trucks, they stay there.
