Built for both the field and the back office, FleetIQ eliminates silos, simplifies workflows, and allows smarter, faster decision-making at every level of fleet operations.

Leveraging Data for Predictive Maintenance

Kooner Chief Operating Officer Michael Quimby told Heavy Duty Trucking, “It really takes out of the hands of our technicians, figuring out what they should be doing, the workflows, the process and streamlines it for them.”

And FleetIQ handles scheduling and routing for Kooner Fleet Management Systems.

Quimby explained that all this means faster response time for its fleet clients.

“So it's really, really cool technology, and it's capturing all of the maintenance data, which is allowing us to then be predictive and prescriptive on maintenance for our clients,” he explained.

“When we start seeing trends, we can look at the component level and say, ‘Hey, we should be replacing this component early to avoid a breakdown in the future.’ So it's letting us be a lot more strategic with our clients.”

FleetIQ Benefits

FleetIQ offers a dashboard for fleet managers, dispatchers, billing and field crews alike, connecting every data point into one unified command center. According to a news release, features include:

  • Predictive Maintenance & Analytics: Anticipates failures at the component level, enabling parts replacement before breakdowns occur.

  • Intelligent Automation: Smart dispatching matches the right technician to the right job, optimizing routes and schedules in real time.

  • Unified Platform: Pre-integrated with ERPs, CRMs, telematics, and routing tools to deliver a single pane of glass for fleet health.

  • Two-Way Connectivity: Real-time communication between customers, technicians, and drivers.

  • Mobile-First Usability: Designed for technicians in the field, minimizing training time and maximizing adoption.

FleetIQ reports that early customer deployments saw:

  • 40% faster service response times
