Total Truck Parts, Inc. has added two of its key managers to its Senior Executive Management Team.

Dale Haywood, who has served in several positions with this company and its predecessor companies since 1981, will assume the role of Manager of Government Sales. Government sales have been a growing segment for the business, but until now, it has been limited to the South Florida Market. Mr. Haywood will now be responsible for coordinating all of the South Florida Government business as well as growing government sales nationally.

Leo Cordeiro, who has served in several positions with this company and its predecessor companies since 1987, will assume the role of General Manager for Total Truck Parts. Mr. Cordeiro will be responsible for coordinating all sales efforts, overseeing internal operations and the coordination of all vendor activities related to sales. Both Mr. Cordeiro and Mr. Haywood will report directly to the President.

"This is a key step in achieving our two greatest goals, says Marc Karon, president of Total Truck Parts. "First, we want to continue to aggressively grow our business. These steps will expand our market reach and improve our value-added services to our customers. Second, we need to build a strong succession team to lead our business for many years into the future. We are very fortunate to have so many talented people in our organization. Both Leo and Dale are accomplished young managers who have demonstrated superior management skills and have shown a dedication to achieving the goals of the company. I am very pleased to have them as part of our Senior Executive Team."
