Truck drivers at the USF Dugan terminal in Cincinnati voted unanimously to join Teamsters Local 100.
This is the second victory in the union's national campaign to organize workers at USF Dugan and USF Bestway. There are nearly 10,000 Teamsters at other freight companies owned by USF Corp.: USF Red Star, USF Reddaway, USF Holland and some USF Bestway terminals.
"A week after USF Dugan workers in Mobile, Ala. voted to form a union with the Teamsters, their coworkers in Cincinnati followed suit," said Jim Hoffa, Teamsters general president.
