Transport International Pool has acquired an additional 5 percent stake in TruckersB2B.
The deal, via a share purchase arrangement with Comdata, will bring TIPS's total holdings in TruckersB2B to approximately 10 percent.
Celadon Group also increased its holdings in Truckers B2B by 1 percent through a similar share purchase arrangement with Comdata. Comdata will retain a minority ownership position in TruckersB2B.
TruckersB2B offers small and medium-sized trucking companies and private fleets pre-negotiated savings on fuel, tires, equipment and other products and services.
