PNV announced that, effective of the close of Wednesday, it has been delisted from the NASDAQ National Market for failing to comply with its listing criteria.

The stock, which at one time traded at high as $9.50 a share in the past 52 weeks, closed at less than $1 per share for another consecutive day, ostensibly the reason for the action by NASDAQ.
Last month the telephone, Internet and cable service provider for truckers filed for bankruptcy protection and then shut down all of its services except for its web site. The company is reportedly looking for a buyer.
The shutdown has left truckers who paid money for services angry, and truckstop operators in the lurch because many are owed money for long distance calling services supplied through PNV.
