With this achievement, Terion has fortified its position as a market share leader in trailer management systems.
Terion cites sales of its FleetView 3 system as a key factor in the company's continued growth. FleetView 3 offers several exclusive tools and capabilities that help users increase trailer utilization, reduce trailer-to-tractor ratio, improve cargo security, reduce fuel costs and increase driver satisfaction.
FleetView 3 features include:

• Available for multiple trailer types – including dry vans, flatbeds, and refrigerated trailers. Also available for reefer monitoring.
• External installation means rapid deployment whether the trailer is loaded or empty.
• Patented Cargo Sensor measures the entire length of the trailer.
• Software enhancements are downloaded over-the-air, eliminating time and expense associated with taking trailers out of service to add features.
• FleetView Tractor ID reports the tractor's identification code and fleet code through the FleetView unit, minimizing misdirects and identifying trailer misuse.
• Thanks to high-bandwidth communication paths, each FleetView message contains up to 10 events. Customers receive more critical information to better manage the trailer fleet – all at a lower cost.
• A full range of solar charging options provides significant improvement in battery performance and overall battery life.

"This milestone not only illustrates our commitment to providing the most comprehensive trailer management solutions to our customers, but also that our clients and the trucking industry are responding," said Ken Cranston, President and CEO of Terion. "In the future, we will continue to enhance FleetView to ensure that Terion continues to meet the needs of the industry."
