Power2Ship Amends Previous Announcement

Power2Ship Inc., Boca Raton, Fla., a trucking technology and security provider, has issued a correction for a press release issued earlier this month.

In the latest release, Power2Ship said it had not acquired GFC Inc. as earlier stated, but had signed a definitive asset purchase agreement to acquire certain specified assets and liabilities of the company. GFC stands for Go First Class.
Power2Ship said the closing is subject to customary conditions including a consulting agreement with Michael Allora, GFC's principal and accounting confirmations. Power2Ship described GFC as a non-asset based container trucking company.
In its earlier release, Power2Ship said the GFC transaction would enable Power2Ship to conduct container beta testing with defense companies while establishing benchmarks for additional government opportunities.
