Used Truck Assn. Offers Professional Training

The Used Truck Assn. has announced upcoming educational and training programs for managers and sales professionals.

Programs include:
Professional Used Truck Management This workshop will help used truck managers, sales managers, general managers and management candidates develop a responsive and profitable used truck business. It will be held Feb. 16-18, 2005, in Houston, Texas. Tuition is $645 (UTA members receive a 10% tuition discount) and there is a $35 materials fee.
Fundamentals of Used Truck Sales This course will help inexperienced used truck sales representatives with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in used truck sales. The course is set for April 18-21, 2005, in Atlanta, Ga. Tuition is $695 (UTA members receive a 10% tuition discount) and there is a $96 materials fee.
Professional Used Truck Selling Skills This workshop will help used and new truck sales professionals enhance their relationship building, qualifying, presenting, negotiating and closing skills. The workshop will take place June 2-3, 2005, in Chicago, Ill. Tuition is $395 (UTA members receive a 10% tuition discount). The materials fee is $30.
