Fontaine Modification has joined the Alliance AutoGas network, with all eight of its modification centers nationwide certified as Alliance AutoGas conversion centers.

Fleets can have their vehicles converted to run on propane autogas (LPG) at Fontaines modification centers in Garland, Texas; Denton, Texas; Laredo, Texas; Charlotte, N.C.; Dublin, Va.; Gainesville, Ga.; Springfield, Ohio; and Williamstown, W.V.

Alliance AutoGas is a national consortium of more than 50 partners that work together to provide everything fleets need to convert their vehicles to run on autogas, including conversion kits, installation, fuel, safety training and ongoing technical support.

Autogas is the most widely used alternative fuel in the world. It reduces emissions, costs less than gasoline and is produced almost entirely in the United States.

One of our strengths as a company is our ability to process alternative fuel system installations and truck modifications for thousands of vehicles in multiple locations consistently, so the first truck is the same as the last truck, and a truck modified in Texas is handled exactly the same way as its counterpart in North Carolina, explains Paul Kokalis, executive vice president of the Fontaine Modification Alternative Fuels Group. That consistency means no surprises for our customers, just reliable results.
