Truckers Deliver Christmas Tree to Capitol (Photos)

A Kenworth T680 Signature Edition – driven by Tim Dean and Jesus Davila of Werner Enterprises – delivered the 63-foot-tall Norway Spruce U.S. Capitol Christmas Tree from the Monongahela National Forest in West Virginia to D.C. for the Nov. 28 tree lighting.

Equipped with a 52-inch flat-roof sleeper, MX-13 engine rated at 510 horsepower, and a Paccar TX-18 transmission, the Kenworth W990 hauled the Christmas tree down 14 miles of forest service roads.
