Nikola had two model Two's on display, one was doing drive-by demos and this one was parked so visitors could check it out. As seen here, the tractor weights about 18,000 pounds, it's a day-cab setup with no sleeper, but there's about three feet of space behind the seats that could, and will be, converted to a sleeper when it's set up as the Nikola One. Another stock shot showing the rear end of the Nikola 2. We're not sure how long those rear fenders will last in real-world service.

The hydrogen fuel cell stack is located behind this panel and up against the rear wall of the cab.

One of Nikola's stock shots of the Nikola Two. The cutaway on the roof is part of the fuel-cell cooling system.

This truck was on display at Nikola World 2019. The fender includes kick panels to help with the air transition out to the trailer skirts.

Axle supplier Meritor says the motors are perfectly sealed so water ingress will not be an issue.

The drive axle motors are integrated into the rear axles.

The Nokila Two's drive motor can deliver 1,000 horsepower and 2,000 lb-ft of torque. The truck can be on 6x2 or 6x4 configuration. Presently the steer axle is not motorized but we're told that is possible too.

Side view of the Nikola Two cab. Notice the placement of the door; it is aft of the driver's seat. There's about three feet of space between the back of the seat and the back wall of the cab.

The Nikola Two's driver sits about four feet further forward than in a typical conventional tractor. This on is almost a Cab-over, but there's still quite a slope to the front.

Truck designer, Steve Jennes, said he wanted a solid and stable look to the front end of the Nikola Two. It's safe to say he succeeded.

The frontal profile of the Nikola Two is quite unlike any other truck in existence.
