Vector Back Office is a transportation management solution to help carriers and shippers streamline data entry.
Back Office combines Vector’s smartphone scanning app with intelligent processing to automatically fill data into documents. It reads all of the information in scanned images, regardless of if it is in handwritten notes, scantron sheets, barcodes, or data tables, and identifies and indexes it.
“Vector Back Office knows and detects all the information each shipper needs to have in its invoicing materials — even requirements that are unique to each specific customer — and gathers and includes it everywhere it’s needed,” said Brian Belcher, Vector COO and co-founder.
Through Vector, document templates are developed with each customer and can be customized or more straightforward. The information can be integrated with a customer’s API system to put pull billing data to create invoices. Digital documents are stored securely in the cloud making them searchable and accessible by anyone that needs them.
