Peterson Manufacturing promoted Tom Lynch (left) to manager of OEM accounts and Kevin Cornelius to general manager of Peterson's Maxi-Seal division.


Lynch, formerly a senior quality engineer, will have responsibility for motorcycle product sales and program development while leading Peterson's sales efforts with Harley-Davidson.

Lynch joined Peterson in 2008 after working for General Electric and Coca-Cola. He holds a bachelor's in business administration from Drury University and an MBA from the University of Washington.

Kevin Cornelius will be heading up the day-to-day operations of Peterson's Maxi-Seal Harness Systems division, . Prior to joining Maxi-Seal as engineering manager in 2009, Cornelius had logged more than seven years in the same capacity for another major harness manufacturer.

Cornelius holds a degree in plastics and polymer engineering from Penn College. In his new position, he will remain involved in developing Maxi-Seal product innovations.
