Fleet Brake has entered into a binding letter of intent to acquire the assets of Page Brake Warehouse, a distributor of heavy-duty parts in the Rocky Mountain region since 1946, and its related entities.
Fleet Brake says it intends to re-open the Page Brake locations as branches of Fleet Brake.
A formal agreement with closure is expected before Jan. 31.
"We look forward to expanding our network to service the Rocky Mountain region. We intend to maintain and build on Page Brake's history and reputation of service and dependability," says Fleet Brake President John Bzeta.
