Truck Driver Social Media Convention to be Held

The first Truck Driver Social Media Convention will be held in Tunica, Miss., Oct. 15.


Allen & Donna Smith of AskTheTrucker.com will host the event at the Gold Strike Hotel, Allen & Donna Smith of AskTheTrucker.com will host the event, which is attracting drivers from Canada, Europe, Australia and the U.S.

Individuals, companies and organizations within trucking will meet with truck drivers to address topics such as government regulations, truckers' rights, career solutions, driver health, and the benefits of social media.



Trucking industry specialists and speakers will lead discussions on how to create positive impact through the power of social media. Topics address will include: government regulations, truckers' rights, driver success solutions and drive health.

Drivers are attending the trucker convention in order to network and meet those who they have been communicating with via social media.
