FedEx Custom Critical recently honored its top-performing independent contractors at its annual Four Star Awards celebration.
The award recognizes the top 50 independent contractors who exemplify the company's dedication to superior customer service and safe driving.
In order for an independent contractor to qualify for the award, he or she must meet customer service and safety criteria over the course of a year. In case of ties, the award goes to the contractors who delivered the most shipments over the contest period.
"Our independent contractors display two characteristics we value most: being safe and taking care of the customer," said Virginia Albanese, president and CEO of FedEx Custom Critical. "It's our pleasure to honor them for all their hard work."
