Dealers of DaimlerChrysler Vans (DCVans) will continue selling and servicing the Freightliner Sprinter cargo, passenger and cab/chassis vehicles in the United States, according to Pat Dougherty, president of DaimlerChrysler Vans LLC.
“DCVans dealers have built a loyal customer following within a defined segment of the commercial van market,” Dougherty said. “Their success in answering the needs of this segment is what drove this new decision.”
DCVans has been marketing the Freightliner Sprinter since its 2001 U.S. introduction. There are 45 DCVans dealers in the country.
