All Freight Systems Inc., a truckload carrier based in Kansas, has raised its owner-operator pay from 88 cents per mile to 91 cents per mile.
All Freight Systems Hikes O-O Pay to 91 CPM

This three-cent-per-mile increase is paid on all miles, loaded and unloaded. For drivers who choose to base their pay on percentage of load revenue instead of the mileage rate, this translates to 70 percent outbound and 80 percent inbound pay on all freight.
Lisa Kennedy, recruiting director of All Freight Systems, says, “We wanted to give our owner-operators a pay raise, not only to offset the rising costs of running their business, but also because we value their hard work.”
In addition to the increase in pay, All Freight’s new owner-operator pay package includes an attractive set of benefits. “All Freight Systems pays a 100 percent fuel surcharge on all loaded miles,” says Lisa. “All Freight also pays for base plates, permits and bobtail insurance, and offers reimbursement for tolls encountered on company routes,” she says. “We strive to create a contractor-friendly environment. This pay package is just one way we do that.” All Freight also appeals to Owner Operators with 100 percent no-touch freight, no forced dispatch and weekly home time.
