Twelve professional drivers in the specialized carrier industry received a Million Miler Award for Safety Excellence from the Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association (SC&RA) during its recent conference in Hilton Head Island, S.C.
These drivers each accumulated a minimum of one million consecutive miles of safe driving within the industry.
This year’s winners represent five different companies:

· LeFebvre Companies Inc., Elk River, Minn. — Craig Walz
· Midwest Specialized Transportation Inc., Rochester, Minn. — Harold L. Barkl, Richard E. Brown, Harold J. Haagenson, Laurence E. Rossow, Robert J. Schuster, Jimmie D. Shoeneman, Mark A. Shoeneman, and Jerry Stillman
· Riechmann Transport Inc., Granite City, Ill. — Francis D. Clark
· Whitewood Transport Inc., Billings, Mont. —Jay Greer.
