Harvison joined NTTC in 1965 and became president of the Alexandria, Va.-based tank truck association in 1972.
Conley joined NTTC as vice president in 1989 after serving as editor of Modern Bulk Transporter magazine for several years.
“It is an honor to be just the third president of an organization that was founded in 1945,” Conley said. “I look forward to ensuring that NTTC continues to provide the services that our industry has the right to expect.”
Additionally, Tom Lynch, formerly legislative director for Congressman Nick Rahall (D-W.Va.) became vice president and general counsel and Laura Niel was named director of finance and administration for NTTC.
