The Association of Diesel Specialists (ADS) named its new board during the group’s recent International Convention & Tradeshow in Las Vegas. All will serve until 2007.

The board includes:
• Scott Gerrard, J&S Diesel Service Inc., Las Vegas, Nev.
• Sam Lipe, Mid South Diesel Service, Memphis, Tenn.
• Charles Oliveros, Williams Diesel Service Inc., Ocala, Fla.
The following manufacturer members joined the board, also serving terms through 2007:

• Simon Garner, Stanadyne Inc., Windsor, Conn.
ADS officers, who serve two-year terms ending in 2006, are:

Laura Rountree of Industrial Diesel Inc., Norfolk, Va., will continue on the board as communications committee chairwoman. She served as a director from 2001 to 2005.
A.D.S. is a non-profit, international trade association with more than 750 members in the United States, Canada, Mexico and 56 other countries. Its primary focus is on the service and technology of diesel fuel injection, governor and turbocharger systems.
