The American Trucking Associations has disseminated these major highway notices to its members and the press:
The Delaware Department of Transportation reports that I-95 Northbound at Exit 4 (Wilmington New Castle Co) will have all lanes closed from midnight until 5:00 a.m. Tuesday through Thursday next week, March 29, March 30 and March 31, while crews work on a bridge construction project.
A detour will be posted with all motorists forced off onto U.S. 1 Southbound to U.S. 13 Northbound to I-295 Southbound (Aka westbound) back to I-95 or I-495 Northbound. Delays can be anticipated.
Meanwhile, the Pennyslvania Department of Transportation announced that extensive roadwork is set to begin later this month on a section of Interstate 80, west of Interstate 81, in Luzerne County. Crews begin work on March 29 on a concrete pavement repair and bridge repair project. The work is expected to continue through mid summer.

Interstate 80:
• Exits 242 – 256: Interstate 80 Eastbound between the Mainville/ Mifflinville Exit 242 and the Conyngham Exit 256: Single lane traffic on Tuesday, March 29 along a 4 mile section of I-80 eastbound, between milemarker 247 and milemarker 251, as work begins on a concrete pavement and bridge repair project.
• Exits 242 -260: Interstate 80 Eastbound and Westbound between the Mainville/ Mifflinville Exit 242 and the junction with Interstate 81 at Exit 260: Single lane traffic in varying work areas between milemarker 247 and milemarker 260, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except holidays, for a concrete pavement repair and bridge repair project beginning late March and continuing through the end of July.
