The board of directors of FedEx Corp., Nashville, Tenn., has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share

on FedEx Corp. common stock. The
dividend is payable Apr. 1, 2005, to stockholders of record at the close
of business on March 11, 2005.
