TMW Systems and SkyBitz have agreed that TMW will use the SkyBitz's Global Locating System technology to power a trailer tracking module for its fleet management systems.
TMW's sales force will re-sell SkyBitz products and services to its customers. TMW of Beachwood, Ohio, provides trucking enterprise and fleet management software. According to the TMW announcement, the SkyBitz system will be able to alert the customer if a trailer door is opened before it reaches its destination or if a trailer is misrouted.
