Air-Trak Inc., San Diego, Calif., announced that Custom Air Trucking has implemented Air-Trak's Cloudberry mobile resource management system.

Custom Air routes drivers and deliveries using Cloudberry software and GPS-enabled cell phones. Cloudberry is a powerful GPS tracking and communications system that displays real-time location of vehicles on detailed maps.
With real-time location information, Custom Air is able to handle more transactions per driver per day, increasing efficiency by 25% without additional hiring, according to the Air-Trak announcement.

Dispatchers can right-click a vehicle to obtain its position, speed and other attributes. The color-coded program quickly distinguishes vehicle status and provides comprehensive reports summarizing miles traveled, routes taken, and message histories. Custom Air uses Cloudberry to document arrival and wait times to prevent disputes and ensure accurate billing.
