Edgar Machinery to Deploy GlobalTRACS

Qualcomm Inc., San Diego, Calif., announced that Edgar Machinery has signed a contract to purchase Qualcomm's GlobalTRACS

equipment
management system for its fleet.
Edgar Machinery is a Texas-based supplier of heavy equipment.
Qualcomm’s GlobalTRACS system provides a clear and accurate view of equipment operations data, integrates seamlessly into existing software systems and allows rental fleets to update their operation in a timely, automated manner. GlobalTRACS, developed for the construction equipment market is being modified to use for untethered trailer tracking.
