Xora Inc., Mountain View, Calif., announced it has signed its 1,000th Xora GPS TimeTrack customer.
Xora Signs 1,000th TimeTrack Customer

Several thousand mobile workers among these companies use the Xora GPS TimeTrack service every day to clock in and out from the field and record job and project information.
“Before we had Xora, if a customer called with an unscheduled pick-up or delivery request, our dispatchers had to wait for all of the drivers to call-in before determining which driver to send to the new assignment. Because the drivers would call-in once every 20 minutes, our dispatchers, customers and drivers did a lot of waiting around. Not only was this ‘down time’ costing us money, but it looked bad to customers, too,” said Cameron McCoy, operations manager at ACI Motor Freight Inc., which provides LTL service in Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas.
ACI currently has 40 pick-up and delivery drivers and 14 linehaul drivers using Xora GPS TimeTrack.
Xora GPS TimeTrack runs on GPS-enabled mobile phones and costs less than $12 per month per mobile worker.
