Integrated Decision Support Corp., Richardson, Texas, announced that Ward Truckload Express, LLC, has licensed Integrated’s Trip Alert

(formerly known as OOR/ETA Alert) transportation optimization software to provide global asset visibility, reduce out-of-route miles, and monitor fleet security.
Ward Truckload Express, LLC, based in Altoona, Pa., is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ward Trucking Corp. that operates 140 power units in the northeastern U.S.
Trip Alert is a real-time management tool that interfaces with the dispatch and mobile communications systems to determine if a driver is out-of-route or is going to be late. Trip Alert tracks high-value cargo and enhances hazmat security. The software offers proactive swap opportunities for improving equipment and driver utilization.
