including an increase in year-over-year revenues of 15.5% and an increase in year-over-year gross profit of 23.8%.
However, the company reported that year-over-year net loss for the three months ended March 31 was $2,281,443 or $0.03 per share compared with $2,127,478, or $0.04 per share for the three months ended March 31, 2003. According to AirIQ, the increase in net loss resulted primarily from foreign exchange fluctuations and the related gross profit, and increased operating expenses.
AirIQ, a major supplier of tracking and communications technology to trucking and other industries, plans to enter the consumer market with a personal vehicle security and safety solution.
