Organic Valley Selects Prophesy ShipperTPL

Prophesy Transportation Solutions Inc., Bloomfield, Conn., announced that CROPP Cooperative has selected Prophesy ShipperTPL software

to handle its load building and transportation logistics needs.
CROPP Cooperative is a national supplier of organic milk products and is better known as Organic Valley Family of Farms.
Prophesy ShipperTPL is a transportation management system designed for third-party logistics and public warehousing companies. It combines least-cost shipping, load-building optimization and carrier rating/selection with customer charge calculations and shipment profitability analysis.
Organic Valley Family of Farms ships refrigerated organic dairy products on behalf of smaller organic farms within its cooperative. Due to the nature of its business, Organic Valley maintains complex shipping patterns, which require the heavy use of LTL and the pooling of shipments.
