SiriCOMM Inc. Joplin, Mo., announced that Sure Power Industries Inc. will manufacture InstaCHECK devices and that Pana-Pacific will manage fleet and OEM distribution.
: InstaCHECK delivers remote vehicle and driver performance data to fleet managers. The SiriCOMM downloads vehicle data when a truck enters a Wi-Fi “hot-spot” on the network -- a participating truckstop, for example. SiriCOMM formats the data and presents it to the customer on a web site. Besides helping fleets avoid breakdowns and operating inefficiencies, SiriCOMM will also provide vehicle manufacturers with critical product reliability and warranty data. Sure Power manufactures products for a wide variety of markets including truck, bus, marine and automotive. Pana-Pacific is a wholesale supplier to the heavy-truck industry. SiriCOMM and Pana-Pacific, will sell InstaCHECK as both a standalone product and bundled with other SiriCOMM applications.
