A 360-degree panoramic virtual tour of the cab and sleeper of a Peterbilt Model 379 is now available on the company's web site,
located at www.peterbilt.com, Peterbilt Motors Co. recently announced.
"Visitors to the Peterbilt web site enjoy looking at the glamorous photography, learning about the specs and applications of the vehicles, and interacting with the many online features that are available," says Nick Panza, Peterbilt general manager and Paccar vice president. "The virtual tour of the Model 379 interior is a welcome addition to the web site, and will help show customers the working and living environments that Peterbilt offers."
The virtual tour highlights Peterbilt's recently introduced 70-inch Unibilt UltraCab sleeper, ergonomically redesigned dash and American Class Platinum level interior in Saharan Tan. The interiors are also available in Arctic Gray, Burgundy Wine and Maritime Blue.
The Model 379 interior is one of two virtual tours on the web site. There is also a virtual tour of the interior of a Peterbilt Model 387 with a Premium Length High Roof Sleeper. Both tours are located under their corresponding model listings in the site's Truck Gallery.
The tour -- which features zoom-in and zoom-out functions -- requires QuickTime software. A link to download the free software is provided on Peterbilt's site for the virtual tour.
