FleetPride is moving its corporate functions from Deerfield, Ill, to Houston.

The move is designed to get senior management closer to the operating units while maintaining a central base for access to FleetPride's locations around the country. President and CEO Gordon Ulsh said that he expected the move to be complete by the end of the second quarter of this year.
FleetPride, an independent aftermarket distributor of heavy duty truck parts, operates more than 160 locations in 33 states and carries a full line of nationally recognized brand name parts as well as an assortment of private brand parts. In addition, FleetPride offers in-house re-manufactured products such as brake shoes, transmissions, rear axles and driveline components. Truck and trailer repair services are also offered at a number of locations.
