Auto parts retailer AutoZone has sold TruckPro, its heavy-duty truck parts subsidiary.

The Memphis-based company has sold TruckPro to a group of investors led by Paratus Capital Management of Boston and New York.
"We made a decision to sell TruckPro earlier this year primarily to allow us to focus on our core business," said Steve Odland, Chairman, President and CEO of AutoZone. "They have a good team in place and everyone at AutoZone wishes them continued success."
AutoZone sells auto and light truck parts, chemicals and accessories through more than 3000 AutoZone stores in 44 states plus the District of Columbia.
