As it continues to grow, ProMiles Software has added custom fuel networks to its ProMilesOnline product, revamped its website and is adding staff.

ProMilesOnline now lets customers create custom fuel networks in the fuel optimization portion of the online service.
The fuel network management section of ProMilesOnline will give the user the ability to add from one to four custom fuel networks and can be used in combination with one another to allow for the best available price. Users will have the ability to add truck tops by chain or can select individual truckstops to be added to the network. Truckstops from more than one national chain can be used within a common fuel network. Discounts can also be set by truckstop chain, or by each individual truckstop. Fuel prices are automatically updated each day from information received via electronic capture of credit card purchases.
Users will also find the ProMiles website easier to use, say company officials. With the company’s growth, they say, the original site had become cumbersome, tricky to navigate at times, and for some clients, slow to load.
The new ProMiles site allows clients to view information on additional products while being a faster-loading, cleaner design. Visitors will notice that the site is compliant with the latest versions of Internet browsers, and has a more user-friendly layout. Additional features added to the site include an improved help section, technical support including frequently asked questions, customer testimonials, site search capabilities and secure on-line ordering of products and services. The website is also geared for future expansion.
ProMiles plans to increase its staff by about 30 percent this year. Darrel Richardson has been promoted to Director of Technical Support, Chris Lee to Marketing Director and Terry Bailey to Internet Services Director.
