Snelling Personnel Services announced that the manager of its Bentonville, Ark. SnellingSearch Transportation Division and two top recruiters have successfully completed training and testing to become Certified Personnel Consultants (CPCs).

The CPC designation, sponsored by the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS), is one of the highest certifications in the human resources industry.
Recently certified were Tom Bailey, manager; Bob Alberson, assistant manager and Janet Householder, transportation industry specialist.
A high percentage of the training focuses on current legal interpretations that affect the workplace, and the coursework equips personnel professionals to avoid potential litigation.
To be eligible for certification, applicants must have two years of verified industry experience, agree to ongoing certification requirements and successfully complete a three-hour examination.
SnellingSearch devotes its entire practice to management- and executive-level positions in transportation, distribution and logistics.
