The Technology & Maintenance Council will hold a Summer Meeting on June 11-14 at Point Hilton Squaw Peak, Phoenix, bearing the theme, "Answering Technology's Call."

With the change of the name and focus of the group from The Maintenance Council to the Technology and Maintenance Council, four new information technology study groups have been added: Data Interchange, Automated Data Entry, Business Processes and Off-Board Data Communications.
TMC Study Groups include technical sessions on electrical instruments, tires and wheels, engines, cab and controls, chassis, trailers and bodies, light- and medium-duty vehicles, management, and onboard electronics.
Members will have the opportunity to learn the latest in equipment technologies, as well as gain access to truck and component specialists in the industry during the mini-technical sessions and the more than 70 industry Task Forces meetings. TMC Task Forces develop recommended practices that fleets can adopt in their daily operations, and manufacturers can reference in the design of future equipment.
