The Nasdaq exchange has conditionally extended the listing of @Track Communications on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market until April 23.
@Track, providers of HighwayMaster and TrackWare mobile communications systems, among other products, was notified in early December that its stock was to be delisted. @Track appealed at a Jan. 11 hearing.
@Track recently signed a letter of agreement with Minorplanet Systems PLC of Leeds, England, to bring a British-developed mobile communications system to the North American market and make Minorplanet a major investor in @Track
The company also announced that its third-largest customer, Contract Freighters Inc., of Joplin, Mo., extended its mobile communications contract through 2001 and agreed to test new @Track products and services.
