Diesel Emissions Service

Diesel Emissions Service’s Filtertherm Generation 2 Thermal oven is a diesel particulate filter oven built specifically for baking DPFs.

Filtertherm is a high-capacity front-loading oven that accepts six to eight DPFs at one time. It is factory programmed for all the different baking cycles in the current diesel industry and features a touchscreen controller with a user-friendly interface.

The screen displays current temperature and time during operation as well as the operator number of who started the current cycle. The interface requires a user to select the make and model of the filter, close the door and push “Start.”

The door will lock for safety and not open until internal temperatures are at a safe level. When filters are not all the same brand, Filtertherm can select the safest bake cycle for all the filters selected.
