PriceTruckload carrier U.S. Xpress Enterprises Inc. Friday announced the public offering of four million shares of its Class A common stock priced at $25.25 per share.
Of these shares, the company is selling two million shares; Patrick E. Quinn, the company's co-chairman, president, and treasurer and Max L. Fuller, the company's co-chairman, chief executive officer, and secretary are selling 900,000 shares each. Related family partnerships are selling 200,000 shares.
