Schneider National Inc. is seeking candidates in eastern Ohio, western Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia to fill 200 new regional driver positions.
The company's expanded presence in this area of the country primarily will support Wal-Mart's new distribution center in Wintersville, Ohio. Many of the new drivers will be assigned to Schneider National's Wal-Mart account and other accounts within its portfolio.
Schneider National plans to hire 200 regional and over-the-road drivers and owner-operators in the upcoming 60 days. All new hires should reside within a 100-mile radius of Wintersville. No experience is necessary.
Schneider National will host career fairs this Friday, March 7, from 6 to 8 p.m., and on Saturday, March 8, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the One Stop Employment and Training Center located at 127 S. 4th St. in Steubenville, Ohio. Schneider National representatives will be available at both events to answer questions about the new positions and schedule job interviews.
