Colorado transportation officials have signed the Heavy Vehicle Electronic License Plate to install the PrePass weigh station bypass service.
Colorado is the fifth state to install the system, which allows trucks to be weighed electronically and check for compliance of state-required credentials as they drive by weigh stations and ports of entry.
