This energy conservation is accomplished by the electro-mechanical design of the mobile lifting system, the company says. The system is also equipped with an automatic shut-off sleep mode feature that will go into power saving mode after one minute of inactivity.

The 24-volt deep-cycle batteries are charged by using a single standard 110-volt outlet 20 AMP and daisy-chaining the four posts. The lifting system can be used in two, four, six and eight post configurations and is ANSI/ALI certified. Each post is identical and no separate power box is needed.

The new HBP hybrid lift has all the features of Ari-Hetra's flagship AE mobile lifting system, which includes an electronic load cell for accurately measuring the lifted weight on each post for overload protection and displaying the lifted weight on the digital readout provided on each post. The lifting height is displayed on the digital readout as well.

Another AE feature allows the system to be programmed to control, restrict or adjust the lifting height to accommodate overhead clearance. The AE digital display readout can be programmed for English or Metric units as well as providing electronic service analysis information/service codes. The digital readout also indicates current battery charge levels for operator knowledge.
