GE Capital Fleet Services has rolled out a new regulatory compliance service for truck customers.
GE has teamed up with J.J. Keller and Associates to develop TruckVantage, which combines GE Capital Fleet Services' truck expertise with J.J. Keller's dedicated focus on regulatory compliance.
The suite of services offered by TruckVantage Compliance includes consolidated and centralized billing, cost control through reduced internal administrative requirements, increased driver productivity, and overall fleet compliance.
The suite's Driver Services were designed to help customers comply with Department of Transportation requirements through Driver Qualification File Management, which provides detailed audit and guidance for completing driver qualification file documents; and Driver Log Auditing, which provides a detailed audit of daily logs.
Vehicles Services features Fuel Tax Reporting, which processes all trip and fuel information, files appropriate tax returns for all states traveled, and manages reporting requirements for the International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA). It also includes a Licensing & Permitting feature, which completes applications and supplies permits according to state requirements.
