The Madras, Ore.-based company has improved the Walking Floor's cylinder design, updated the check valve design, improved corrosion resistance and created a new, standardized tubing design. Keith has also launched the new Running Floor II ADX drive, featuring an automated switching valve.

"For the past year, we have focused on improvements to the Running Floor II drive," said Mike Robinson, Keith sales director. "In response to the these design upgrades, we have also extended our warranty to two years on all new models."

The Walking Floor system is built with aluminum slats that run the length of the trailer floor. Actuated by a four-phase hydraulic drive, slats move in groups of three, then together. This sequence "walks" material out. Systems can be bi-directional for both loading and unloading product.
