DaimlerChrysler Vans is providing Lakeshore Foundation and Blaze Sports with two Freightliner Sprinter vehicles for use throughout 2005.

Lakeshore Foundation is the official U.S. Olympic Committee training site for both olympic and paralympic sports, while Blaze Sports Club of America provides community-based, year-round programs delivered through local recreation providers.
DaimlerChrysler Vans is the official vehicle sponsor of the 2004 US Paralympic Team and this is the first of eight vehicle awards that will be given throughout the remainder of this year.
Robbyn Shulman, manager of commercial communications for DaimlerChrysler,
awarded the vehicle use to LakeShore and Blaze representatives on the floor
of the MedTrade Show in Orlando, Fla., last month.
“For the past year, these vehicles were used to transport paralympic athletes to qualifying events throughout the nation. Now, with the conclusion of the games, we are pleased to bring them to these deserving organizations to transport patients and support local programs,” Shulman said.
One Freightliner Sprinter van will be provided to each of the facilities and will include free usage and service for the vehicles throughout 2005.
