SKF has announced the appointment of Tom O’Brien as president of SKF vehicle service market, North America business unit, effective immediately. O’Brien previously served as the interim president for SKF VSM, North America following the death of Mike McGrath in October.
Joseph (Joe) L. Mejaly has been appointed vice president and general manager of AxleTech International, a General Dynamics company. AxleTech develops and manufactures axles, brakes and suspension systems for off-highway and specialty vehicles.

The Board of Directors of Con-way Inc. announced a transition in board leadership in which Dr. W. Keith Kennedy, Jr., who has served as Con-way’s Chairman of the Board since 2004, will step down and be succeeded by Roy W. Templin, a current member of the company’s board.
Fabio Jurchaks has been promoted to director of sales & engineering, NAFTA at TMD Friction. Fabio is responsible for the commercial, marketing and engineering organization and activities servicing TMD’s OE, OES and replacement part friction business in Canada and the USA.
