Isuzu Begins Production of Class 6 FTR

Isuzu Commercial Truck of America, Inc., distributor of low cab forward trucks, has announced that production of its all-new entry in the Class 6 medium-duty truck segment — the 2018 Isuzu FTR — began May 8, 2017.

Isuzu Sets Production, Ordering for Class 6 Cabover

Isuzu Commercial Truck of America will begin production of its 2018 FTR Class 6 cabover in May and start taking orders for the medium-duty truck in April, the company announced at the Work Truck Show in Indianapolis.

Isuzu's Diesel Engine Durability Upped to 375,000 Miles

The B10 durability rating of the 4HK1-TC diesel engine that powers Isuzu Commercial Truck of America, Inc. cabovers has been increased to 375,000 miles, the company has announced at the NTEA's Work Truck Show in Indianapolis.

Chevrolet to Offer Class 6 Cabover

Chevrolet is expanding its lineup of cabover trucks for 2018, by adding the 6500XD Class 6 Low Cab Forward truck to a lineup that already includes Class 3, 4, and 5 cabovers, Chevrolet has announced.
