Colo. DOT Debuts Self-Driving Work Zone Vehicle

The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) unveiled the world's first self-driving work zone vehicle designed to improve safety for road maintenance crews. The vehicle is positioned behind road construction crews to protect workers from the traveling public.

I-25 in Denver Closing This Weekend Due to 'Gap Lane Project'

Get ready for Denver’s version of “carmageddon” or "truckpocalypse" this weekend, when there will be a shutdown of part of Interstate 25 in the city’s southwest section. It's because of the I-25 Gap Lane Project, where crews are working to add a fourth northbound lane.

Colorado Adding Temporary Express Lanes to Crowded Part of I-70

The Colorado Department of Transportation has started work on the Eastbound I-70 Peak Period Shoulder Lane project creating temporary eastbound express lane between Idaho Springs and Empire, but commercial trucks will not be able to use them.
